All charter prices are listed in CAD and do not include GST. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, with the final balance due prior to departure. Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance receive a full refund.

Are children welcome on board?
We love hosting families! Our cruises are tailored to be family-friendly, offering a safe and engaging environment for children of all ages to enjoy the beauty of Shuswap Lake. We provide appropriately sized life jackets for everyone's peace of mind.
Will my booking be a private experience?
Yes, every charter is exclusively yours. You and your guests will have the entire vessel to yourselves, allowing for a personalized, quiet, and intimate journey across the water.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. We just ask that you use non-breakable containers where possible to help keep the vessel safe and clean for everyone.
Are pets allowed on the cruise?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate pets on board. This allows us to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests, including families with children.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as e-transfers for booking deposits and final balances. All transactions are securely processed to ensure your peace of mind.
What do you recommend we bring?
To make the most of your day, we suggest bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, towels, and clothing suitable for the day's forecast. Feel free to bring along any snacks or drinks you'd like to enjoy during the cruise.
How do you handle inclement weather?
Your safety and comfort always come first. Should weather conditions become unsafe, we will happily coordinate a reschedule with you or offer a full refund if another date doesn't work for your group.
What is the maximum passenger capacity?
Our vessel is licensed and registered for private groups. For the most comfortable experience, we typically host groups of up to 10 guests, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax and move around.
Is the vessel wheelchair accessible?
While our standard boarding involves some steps, we strive to be as inclusive as possible. Please reach out to us directly to discuss specific accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Are safety briefings provided?
Absolutely. Before every departure, our captain provides a clear safety briefing and ensures every guest knows the location of life jackets and emergency equipment on our Transport Canada registered vessel.
